Project Description: Section 1 of the building is approximately 45% complete and remains unfinished, with several outstanding construction works. These include the installation of the roof, ceiling, entrance and internal doors and windows; rendering and painting of the internal and external walls; completion of the concrete floor surface and tiling; installation of kitchen cupboards and cabinets; and fitting of bathroom fixtures. The plumbing and electrical installations are also incomplete, along with other miscellaneous works required to bring the building to a completed and habitable condition. Section 2 of the building is in good structural condition and in fair decorative condition. However, defects were observed, including unrendered and unpainted sections of the rear and side external walls, damaged roof covering to the rear section and damaged ceiling sections. The building requires minor repairs, maintenance and repainting to improve its overall condition and appearance.
